Ana Tasić
Theatre critic, researcher, lecturer and journalist. Earned a PhD degree in Theatre and drama studies- the title of dissertation is The Influence and Use Of Electronic Media in Postdramatic Theatre. It has been published as Digital Doubles. Her MA research has also been published; the title of the book is Open Wounds/Body and Physicality in New Brutal Drama and Theatre. She has worked as a programme selector for the several national and international festivals in Serbia, she has participated in many international conferences in the field of theatre and cultural management, appeared as a moderator and participant at many roundtables and panel discussions related to various aspects of theatrical practice, etc. She regularly publishes articles for numerous theatre/cultural magazines in Serbia and Montenegro: “Scena”, “Teatron”, “TFT”, “Kultura”, “Gest”, “Ludus” etc. Since July 2005 she has been a theatre critic and columnist of the daily newspaper “Politika”, based in Belgrade. She won the Sterija Award for the best theatre review in 2015, and Niko Garone Award for the special contribution in the field of media and culture in 2016. She lives and works in Belgrade, Serbia.
