We as the Union des Théâtres de l’Europe (UTE) are pleased that you want to use our website. This data protection statement is intended to protect and inform the users of the conflict-zones.reviews website about the services of third parties we use in accordance with the law, in particular the Basic Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), on the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by us, the UTE. The GDPR is a European Union regulation that harmonizes the rules governing the processing of personal data by private companies and public authorities across the EU. It comes into force on May 25, 2018.

1. Collection, processing and storage of data
i. Access Data
The UTE collects, uses, stores and transfers your personal data only if this is permitted by law or necessary for the purpose of contract execution or for billing purposes, we will use this to answer your inquiries and / or for technical reasons or you explicitly agree to the data collection. Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties or otherwise transmitted, if required by law.
Every time you access the conflict-zones.reviews website, access data about this process is stored in so-called log files on our servers.

3. Your rights as a user of the conflict-zones.reviews website: You are entitled to free information, correction and deletion of your personal data. There is also a right of appeal to a competent supervisory authority acc. Article 55 (1) GDPR, if the user considers that the processing of personal data concerning him / her violates the regulation.

Please send your request for information stating your member name to ute@union-theatres-europe.eu or by post or fax to the contact details stated in our imprint.

b. Right to delete the stored personal data
The deletion of the stored personal data takes place within the framework of the legal requirements, as far as your desire does not conflict with a legal duty to store data, such as: For example, the data retention or the tax office requirements, financial data must be stored for 10 years. The deletion of your data with the restrictions above also apply if you revoke your consent to storage, if this data is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.

When using the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and the data processing guidelines apply to their respective operators.
Unless otherwise stated in our data protection statement, we process users’ data as long as they communicate with us within social networks and platforms, e.g. Write posts on our online presence or send us messages.
